Mindy Caliguire is the founder of Soul Care, a spiritual formation ministry, and Director of Transformation Ministry for the Willow Creek Association. She has worked on staff at Willow Creek Community Church, been part of a church-planting team, is a contributing editor for Conversations Journal, and also serves as a frequent speaker and leadership consultant, working with both churches and organizations. Regardless of venue, Mindy enjoys mentoring Christian leaders - giving special focus to re-establishing their spiritual vitality as the primary step toward a lifestyle of sustainable ministry and leadership. She is the author of the Soul Care series include Discovering Soul Care, Spiritual Friendship, Soul Searching and Simplicity, as well as Write for Your Soul: The Whys and Hows of Journaling, with her husband, Jeff Caliguire.
Keith Farmer has been involved in ministry and ministry training since graduating from Churches of Christ Bible College in 1967. Involved in local church ministries in NSW & Victoria and then Principal for 24 years at the Australian College of Ministries, Keith is actively involved in mentoring Christian ministers and leaders across Australia, as well as some preaching and teaching. Keith is passionate about helping Christian leaders develop in spiritual and personal maturity in order for them to sustain their ministry and service.
